所有提前预注册并交费客户，都将从组委会收到一封“确认函”。请核实并补充确认函中未提供信息，并在10月15日前将更正信息加盖公章或签字发电子邮件/传真到组委会。若组委会未能在截止时间收到相关信息，组委会将依据此表信息进行入库登记，且不能更改。

All the pre-registered participants will get a Confirmation Letter from Organizer. Please check and complete the vacant information in the Letter, email/fax back before Oct. 20. If we don’t receive the information before the deadline, we could not make any changes afterwards.

3. 如何报到 How to register onsite
请贵单位派一名代表，执组委会签发的“确认函”及名片在场馆注册中心相关注册位置（如：国内参会柜台，参展商柜台，发言人柜台）排队报到
Please have this Confirmation Letter and your company business card to register at relevant counters, e.g. International Delegates Counter, Exhibitor Counter, and Speakers Counter to collect your badges.

4. 付款方式Payment
请务必在10月25日之前将欠费款项汇至“天津国际矿业大会会展服务中心”指定帐户（以组委会交款通知为准）。在此日期后，组委会不再接受汇款，任何款项请在矿业大会注册区缴纳。
All the outstanding payment should be remit to Tianjin China Mining according to Invoice before October 20. Organizer will NOT accept any remittance after the deadline, and please pay onsite at Registration Desk.
